THE MOGUL MOMME
Honored in 2023 from the Atlanta City Council, THE MOGUL MOMME is a nonprofit organization that strives to inspire change and growth in Moms through education, advocacy, service and empowerment, to ultimately help each MomMe become self-sufficient and improve the quality of life for herself, her children and her community. In 2023, we added our P.R.E.T.T.I.E LEADERS Program for adolescent girls to address pregnancy prevention, decision- making, confidence, leadership, career training & development and to address food insecurities.
A Mogul is defined as an important person in business due to that person’s power, influence and money. Well a MOGUL MOMME is not just someone that makes significant contributions and strides professionally but they do it all while raising children, cooking dinners, enriching the lives of their families and impacting communities.
Dr. Watley started Mogul Mom.Me in 2020, shortly aft er becoming a first time mom herself in 2019. Based off of her grandmother's legacy, Louise Watley, our Founder, Dr. Diana provides strategic vision to the organization. With nearly 19 years of experience as a Family Advocate, Empowerment Speaker and Life Coach, Dr. Diana isn’t new to helping MomMe’s, children and communities. After empowering and advocating for thousands to date, Dr. Diana’s primary goal for THE MOGUL MOMME, is to help MomMe’s to have the confidence to go after everything thing she deserves in life and in turn her children will do the same.

THE MOGUL MOM.ME strives to inspire change and growth in Mom.Me through education, advocacy, service and empowerment to ultimately help each mom become self-sufficient and improve the quality of life for her and her children.
Our Vision
THE MOGUL MOM.ME will give inspiration, support, knowledge and advocacy to every Mom.Me despite her race, religion, education and socioeconomic background while simultaneously assisting her to break down barriers personally, professionally and economically.
Our Values
Service
Our desire is for each Mom.Me’s servants towel to be bigger than her ego. That simply means that after each Mom.Me has grown, learned and excelled, she will always remember to reach back, grab other Mom.Me’s hand, teach her and push her to excellence.
Education
Degrees didn’t limit what THE MOGUL MOM.ME’s before us were able to achieve. Yet we understand that the more they would have learned, the further they would have gone. So we pride ourselves on teaching each Mom.Me about the value of education. Then in turn she’ll be able to instill that same value in her children.
Empowerment
Our Founder often says, “Sometimes that tow truck needs towing”. This simply reminds us that no matter the heights we reach in life, all Mom.Me’s need someone that can encourage her and lift her spirits. No one is exempt from needing inspiration.
Advocacy
With almost two decades of experience as a Family Advocate, our Founder prides herself in supporting others and helping people get their basic needs. At THE MOGUL MOM.ME we champion speaking up for the voiceless and lending a helping hand where it is needed.
